Temesta may have residual effects that are difficult to foresee, such as fatigue, decreased responsiveness, dizziness, and low blood pressure, which may still lead to significant limitations in daily life within twelve hours. Therefore, active participation in traffic, operation of machines and work without a safe stop should only be done after medical consultation.
